Abstract: A vehicle-mounted radar device has: a radar transmitting circuit transmitting a radar transmission waves to be reflected at a target; a radar receiving circuit receiving the reflected waves; a radar's axial deviation detecting circuit deciding whether the radar axis of the radar device has a deviation, according to the difference between a first value (distance between the vehicle and the known still object based on a shape of the known still object) and a second value (distance between them at a time when a radar reflected wave having attenuated power of the known still object among the radar reflected waves is received); and an axial deviation notifying circuit making a notification of the axial deviation.
