Abstract: A makeup supporting device includes: an image acquisition unit that acquires a facial image that is an image obtained by photographing a face; a threshold determining unit that determines a pixel value threshold based on a partial image of the facial image, the partial image being an image in a region that does not include an outer end of an eyebrow but includes an inner end of the eyebrow and a periphery of the inner end of the eyebrow; an eyebrow region extracting unit that extracts an eyebrow region from the facial image using the threshold; an eyebrow eraser that performs eyebrow erasing processing on the facial image, the eyebrow erasing processing being processing of filling in the eyebrow region using preferentially a color on an inner end side of the eyebrow from among colors in regions around the eyebrow region; and a display unit that displays the facial image after the eyebrow erasing processing is performed.
