Abstract: An electronic device stores and holds a battery as a drive power source and has a configuration in which the battery can be attached/detached to/from the electronic device. In the electronic device, the battery lid in the electronic device includes a lid plate having a rib, and a lock plate configured to be movable to a first position and a second position with respect to the lid plate, and when the lock plate moves from the first position (non-lock position) to the second position (lock position) with respect to the lid plate, the battery is locked by the battery lock portion and stored and held in a predetermined battery hold position of the battery storage portion, and the battery lid is suppressed from being pressed by the stored and held battery.
