Abstract: An electronic device includes an electronic member, a plate having a fastening part, the fastening part having a tubular shape and projecting outward with respect to the electronic member when the plate is arranged outside the electronic member, a case having a hole whose diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the fastening part, the fastening part being inserted into the hole, and a fastening member attached to the fastening part from outside of the case with the fastening part inserted into the hole.
