Abstract: Convenience in deterioration diagnosis of servo system is enhanced. A diagnosis parameter used for the deterioration diagnosis includes at least one of a control value used for controlling servo system, a detection value output from sensor that detects a state of servo system, and a generation value generated from the control value or the detection value. Data processing system includes acquisition part, reliability determination part, and a reliability output part acquires the diagnostic parameter. Reliability determination part gives information regarding reliability of the diagnostic parameter to the diagnostic parameter. The reliability output part outputs the information regarding the reliability to a presentation device (display device) in association with the diagnostic parameter.

The diagnostic parameter is used for deterioration diagnosis of object (OB1) of at least one of load (73) and servomotor (72) in servo system (7). The input values are values that vary with time. In the extraction processing, generator (3) extracts, as a diagnostic parameter, a value in a partial period among the input values.

Abstract: A method for generating a control parameter used in a production apparatus including a servomotor, a memory for storing a control parameter of the servomotor, and an object, the method including: acquiring measurement data indicating a position of the driven object from a sensor that measures the position of the driven object after an arrival time when the driven object reaches an admittable position based on a command for moving the position of the driven object to a predetermined target position, wherein the admittable position indicates a position where the driven object is evaluated as having reached the predetermined target position; generating based on the measurement data, evaluation index data indicating vibration of the driven object occurring after the arrival time; and updating the control parameter based on the evaluation index data using a machine learning model that learns a relationship between the evaluation index data and the control parameter.

Abstract: Misleading is less likely to be caused in deterioration diagnosis of servo system. A data processing system includes acquisition part, first generator, second generator, and presentation part. Acquisition part acquires at least one of a control signal of servo system and a detection signal from sensor. First generator generates pieces of first data regarding three or more feature values from a predetermined region in a signal waveform. Second generator generates three or more pieces of second data indicating change tendencies with time of the pieces of first data regarding the three or more feature values. Presentation part compares the three or more pieces of second data with each other, and presents specific second data exhibiting a different change tendency by performing specific processing related to object data that is the first data that causes the different change tendency in a case where there is the specific second data.
