Abstract: An optical pickup includes an optical base mounted with at least one optical element, a light source that supplies light incident on the at least one optical element, and a tilt spacer that is disposed between the light source and the optical base to adjust a characteristic of the light that enters the optical base. With the characteristic of the light that enters the optical base adjusted by the tilt spacer, the optical base and the light source are fixed directly to each other.
