The light fixture can include a housing assembly comprising an outer housing surrounding a central opening; a first adjustment mechanism configured to tilt the light source comprising a first rotating member; and a second adjustment mechanism configured to rotate the light source comprising a second rotating member, where the first and second rotating members are substantially parallel to one another.
