摘要: Enhanced copying and pasting between applications includes capturing information about open applications including a screenshot of each of the open applications shown in a viewable area of the open applications; in response to receiving a copy command while the user is interacting with a first application, presenting the screenshots of the other open applications to the user for selection; in response to the user selecting one of the screenshots corresponding to a second application, displaying visual content segments from the second application; in response to receiving a user selection of two or more of the visual content segments, copying the selected visual content segments; and inserting the selected visual content segments into the first application such that original spatial relations between the visual content segments from the second application are maintained when the visual content segments are inserted into the first application.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system, method, and program product for managing and synchronizing electronic communications having one or more common topics. A computer system detects a first electronic communication involving a first user and a first set of users. The computer system analyzes the first electronic communication to identify a topic and determines whether the identified topic matches a topic of a second electronic communication involving the first user and a second set of users. Responsive to the identified topic of the first electronic communication matching a topic of the second electronic communication, the computer system provides to the first user an option to initiate an electronic communication involving the first user and the first and second sets of users.

摘要: Computer method and system provides context in an online meeting, a web conference or other shared slides application. A person (attendee or participant) asking a question does so in the specific section (slide) of the shared application. Screen images of these specific slides are captured and coupled to respective questions. The questions are queued for the presenter. Captured screen images provide context for the questions. Each question selected from the queue by the presenter automatically provides context without interrupting flow of the presentation and online meeting.

摘要: A system and method of managing online social networking which includes identifying a plurality of users related to a primary user on a social networking tool using a computer. The method and system identifies a plurality of activities performed by the plurality of users on the social networking tool, and assigning a score to each of the activities. A threshold cumulative score for users to enter a group is defined. The system and method evaluates the activities of each of the users, and calculates a cumulative score for each of the users based on their respective activities, and evaluates the cumulative score of each of users in relation to the group. One or more of the plurality of users who meet the threshold cumulative score are assigned to the group. A status for each user in the group based on their cumulative score is determined.

摘要: A method, system and computer program product for ensuring that the tags accurately describe a resource referenced by a bookmark in a collaborative bookmarking system. A user bookmarking an Internet resource that is referenced by a bookmark is detected. The user provides a description of the bookmark in the form of metadata, which includes tags, to be associated with the bookmark. The Internet resource is analyzed to determine its meaning. A second user bookmarking the same Internet resource that is referenced by the bookmark is detected. The second user provides a description of the bookmark in the form of metadata, which includes tags. The Internet resource is analyzed a second time to determine its meaning If the relatedness of these meanings is beyond a threshold limit, then the original bookmark metadata is invalidated and the invalidated tags are replaced with the tags provided by the second user.
