摘要: A device for winding wire, cable or other winding material includes a device stand with a wobble drive generating a wobbling motion about a vertical axis, a supporting stand is connected to the wobble drive such that, first pivot bearings of the wobble drive are attached to the front face of the device stand and, second pivot bearings are attached to the supporting stand and the pivot bearings are connected to one another by crank arms, wherein the wobbling motion can be transmitted to the supporting stand such that the supporting stand performs a wobbling motion relative to the device stand, that the supporting stand has the winding device for the winding material attached to it such that the wobbling motion can be transmitted to the winding device, that the winding material can be deposited in the collecting device using the winding device which performs the wobbling motion.

摘要: A machine is provided for processing elongate strand-form material, having a rotatably mounted rotor bow which is used to twist the strand-form material and, proceeding from a cross-sectional area, extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis. In the direction of this longitudinal axis, the rotor bow extends in a curved manner at least in portions. In this direction, the rotor bow has a longitudinal groove extending substantially orthogonal to this cross-sectional area. At least regions of this longitudinal groove are covered by at least one guide element. In this rotor bow, the strand-form material is guided movably in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The present rotor bow is preferably made of plastics, preferably reinforced with fibers.

摘要: An annealing apparatus for annealing metallic billets, particularly for use in annealing aluminum-containing billets, comprising at least two contact elements or contact discs made of electrically conducting material, the contact elements being connected to a voltage source so as to provide electric current flow through the billet as it passes between the two contact elements. The material of the contact elements is a light metal, normally aluminum or an aluminum-containing alloy, such that the contact element material is matched to the material of the billet and diffusion of the billet material into the contact element is substantially avoided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of regulating the drive of a multiple drawing machine or drawing device, respectively, as well as to a device for drawing billets. By means of the method it is possible to drive a wet drawing machine such that slip-free operation is also achieved. The device according to the invention comprises a drive regulation suited for slip-free wet operation. By means of the present invention, substantial improvements of the quality of the drawn product, in particular of wires of copper, copper alloys or special materials, respectively, are achieved. The operation substantially is performed automatically, and an automatic adaptation of the device to modified operating conditions, such as modification of the property of the material of the billet, is effected.

摘要: A shaped charge having plane sides surfaces, in which a booster charge is arranged above a main or primary explosive charge, and wherein the booster charge extends from one of the side surfaces to the oppositely located surface. The booster charge is constituted of an explosive whose detonation velocity is higher than that of the explosive material of the main explosive charge. Thus, when the booster charge is detonated from one side surface thereof, then the booster charge has detonated across the entire length which is present between the two side surfaces, prior to the detonation wave within the main explosive charge having traveled across the entire length thereof.
