摘要： The invention relates to a rotary controller for electrical or electronic apparatuses (21, 22, 23), having a rotating knob (10). In order to offer the user a reference position of the rotating knob (10), with a simple design of the rotary controller, when making a selection between various options or when setting parameters, the invention provides a controllable latching and locking device (15), by means of which the rotating knob (10) can be locked selectively, in order to provide a stop for the rotary movement.
