摘要： In one embodiment, an implant includes a body member and an extension member. The body member is formed of a first material and has a first side portion and a second side portion. The extension member is formed of a second material different than the first material. The extension member has a first arm portion, a second arm portion, and a mid-portion disposed between the first arm portion and the second arm portion. The mid-portion extends from the first side portion of the body member to the second side portion of the body member. The first arm portion extends from the first side portion of the body member along a first axis. The second arm portion extends from the second side portion of the body member along a second axis different than the first axis.
