    Abstract: An improved mounting structure for mounting a speaker onto a cabinet comprising: a base seat with a sound output hole on its surface, and with an annular inner partitioning wall therein having spaced inner protruding engaging flanges at the rim at the opening of the base seat; a speaker having a mounting ring on a frame thereof for assembling with the base seat, the ring has spaced outer protruding engaging flanges thereon; and a foam body provided on the inner wall of the frame of the speaker, the foam body is abutted against the inner partitioning wall of the base seat in an airtight mode; the base seat can be embedded in various cabinets of different modeling, the outer protruding engaging flanges on the frame of the speaker are rotated to engage with the inner protruding engaging flanges, the inner partitioning wall of the base seat abuts tightly against the foam body. Such a structure is convenient for use at any location where screwing in of screws is difficult, and is surely fast in mounting the speaker.

    Abstract: Synchronous dustproof cover structure for sound membrane. The dustproof cover structure being made of a light and rigid material. Multiple reinforcing ribs are perpendicularly disposed on one face of the dustproof cover at equal intervals. Bottom ends of the multiple reinforcing ribs are connected with adjoining sections of the sound basin and the sound ring. The circumference of the dustproof body is connected on the sound basin, whereby the dustproof cover, the sound basin and the sound ring are connected into an integral body and the sound basin and the dustproof cover are synchronously vibrated with the sound ring to emit sound. The multiple reinforcing ribs are connected with the sound basin and the sound ring at multiple points so as to enhance the rigidity and strength of the sound basin. Therefore, the distortion of the sound basin at high volume can be reduced and a good quality of sound can be achieved.

    Abstract: An improved structure of speaker cabinet comprising a housing opened on one side thereof, and comprising a front panel, wherein, a plurality of intermediate speakers can be held firm and get increased connecting strength when the front panel is integrally connected with the housing to thereby offset the frontward and rearward thrusts of the speakers. Moreover, a plurality of hollow posts located at the positions in correspondence with those of the connecting areas of the speakers to the cabinet can be filled therein with vibration absorbing material in order to reduce vibration at the earliest time. Such a design not only can reduce volume and weight of the cabinet, but also can improve sound quality and provide a hidden port to improve beauty and waterproofing effect of the cabinet.

    Abstract: A multi-directional mounting bracket for adjustably mounting an article, such as an audio speaker or light fixture, to a surface includes a first mounting member (10) for attachment of the bracket to the surface. A spherical housing (14) is connected to the first mounting member (10), and a receiving socket (20) is selectively mountable to the spherical housing (14) by engagement of a fastener (22) to the spherical housing (14). The receiving socket (20) is connected to a second mounting member (18) for attachment to the article. The receiving socket (20) is selectively mountable along a spherical orbit of the spherical housing (14), and thus provides a greater range of adjustment and positioning of the article with respect to the surface to which it is attached.
