Abstract: A mattress is provided having three layers of differing properties stacked on top of each other which together have the effect of letting the user sleep in a simulated Zero G position without the aid of an articulating base. Two layers are contoured within the mattress let specific areas of the user's body sink further into the mattress than others. A cover with removable inserts is also provided for the mattress.
