    Abstract: A composite cable includes a plurality of power lines for supplying operating power to a device to be controlled, a plurality of first signal lines for transmitting control signals for controlling the device to be controlled, a plurality of second signal lines for redundancy of the plurality of first signal lines; and a sheath collectively covering the plurality of power lines, the plurality of first signal lines, and the plurality of second signal lines, wherein a signal line section where the plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines are twisted together and the plurality of power lines are stranded together inside the sheath, and wherein the plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines are collectively twisted in a spiral shape around a central axis of the signal line section.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a shield cable that can inhibit a shield from being damaged when the shield cable is bent. The shield cable of the present disclosure includes a central conductor; an insulator situated closer to an outer circumference of the shield cable than the central conductor is; a first tape layer situated closer to the outer circumference of the shield cable than the insulator is, and made of a paper, a non-woven fabric, or a resin tape; a shield situated closer to the outer circumference of the shield cable than the first tape layer is; a second tape layer situated closer to the outer circumference of the shield cable than the shield is, and including a paper, a non-woven fabric, or a resin tape; and a sheath situated closer to the outer circumference of the shield cable than the second tape layer is.

    Abstract: A vehicle wiring structure is provided with a cable having one end located at a wheel side and an other end located at a vehicle body side. The cable connects a wheel-side controller and a wheel speed sensor located at the wheel side to a vehicle body-side controller located at the vehicle body side. The wheel-side controller includes a motor control unit that controls an electric motor that drives an electric brake unit that brakes wheels, and a communication control unit that communicates with the vehicle body-side controller. The communication control unit transmits signals indicating detection results of a motor sensor that detects motor conditions and signals indicating detection results of an on-board sensor to the vehicle body-side controller via a single shared signal line. The cable includes the single shared signal line and a wheel speed sensor-signal line that transmits detection signals of the wheel speed sensor to the vehicle body-side controller.
