In an embodiment, the urine collection device includes a fluid impermeable barrier and fluid permeable structure. The fluid impermeable barrier is adjustable between an extended configuration and a compact configuration. The fluid impermeable barrier at least partially defines a chamber, an aperture configured to receive a conduit therethrough, and an opening. The fluid permeable structure positioned within the chamber to extend across at least a portion of the opening. The fluid permeable structure configured to wick fluid away from the opening.

A urine collection system (100) includes a urine collection device (102) and a sizing device (150) secured or securable to the urine collection device (100). The sizing device (150) includes a body (152) and a recess (185). The body (152) has a distal end (160) and an attachment end (155) distal to the distal end (160). The attachment end (155) defines an opening (180), and the recess (185) extends into the body (152) from the opening (180). The recess (185) is sized and dimensioned to receive a portion of the urine collection device (102) and secure the sizing device (150) to the urine collection device (102).
