Abstract: A nano-modified material for cavity wall with insulation for prefabricated building, preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The material includes splicing structures and a nano-modified silane waterproof coating, wherein the splicing structure includes a recycled concrete structure layer and a nano-modified foam concrete thermal insulation core layer, the recycled concrete structure layer is a hollow cuboid structure with openings at both ends, the nano-modified foam concrete thermal insulation core layer is a structure formed by casting inside the recycled concrete structure layer, and the nano-modified silane waterproof coating is applied at a butt joint of two of the splicing structures.

Abstract: Provided are a titanium sol carbon sequestration additive and a preparation method and use thereof, and a method for carbon sequestration of a cement-based material. The method for preparing the titanium sol carbon sequestration additive includes: mixing titanium tetraisopropanolate with an ammonia aqueous solution to obtain a first mixture, subjecting the first mixture to hydrolysis to obtain a hydrolysis solution, and drying the hydrolysis solution to obtain a titanium dioxide powder; mixing the titanium dioxide powder with sodium polyacrylate and a methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) aqueous solution to obtain a second mixture, and subjecting the second mixture to amination to obtain a solution A; mixing water with ethanol to obtain a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B with a catalyst to obtain a mixed solution, and subjecting the mixed solution to solation to obtain the titanium sol carbon sequestration additive.

Abstract: An anti-corrosive concrete grouting material for coastal structure connection and a method for preparing the same, belonging to the technical field of anti-corrosion of coastal assembled structure connectors. The grouting material includes the following components: expansible compound cement, slag sand, fly ash (FA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) (containing an oxidant and a catalyst), graphene oxide (GO), a water reducer, an adjusting admixture, a defoaming agent, a mineral admixture and water. A shrinkage-free effect of the grouting material is realized through internal curing of GO-PVA hydrogel, micro-expansion of the compound cement and shrinkage reduction effect of the FA; an energy storage effect of a GO-PVA hydrogel micro-capacitor is exerted to avoid formation of a reinforcement corrosion micro-battery in a grouting material sleeve, a reinforcement corrosion self-immune effect is achieved, seawater corrosion resistance of the grouting material is improved by the slag sand, and it has huge economic and environmental protection benefits.
