Abstract: Described herein are aspects related to assigning primary channels in wireless communications. An amount of available bandwidth within a radio frequency band can be determined for shared access by a plurality of operators, where each operator operates a radio access network having one of a plurality of radio communication compatibility types, and where each radio communication compatibility type defines a set of one or more compatible radio access technologies. The amount of available bandwidth can be allocated into radio compatibility type-specific bandwidth partitions for each radio communication compatibility type based on a number of the plurality of radio communication compatibility types and a number of the plurality of operators corresponding to each radio communication compatibility type. A primary channel can be assigned within at least one of the radio compatibility type-specific bandwidth partitions to at least one operator of the number of the plurality of operators.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may receive, for a citizens broadband radio service (CBRS) band, time division duplex (TDD) configuration preferences. The apparatus may select, based at least in part on the TDD configuration preferences, a TDD configuration, from a plurality of possible TDD configurations. The apparatus may transmit selection information identifying the selected TDD configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which multiple operators may perform spectrum sharing using shared radio units (RUs), where the multiple different operators can access a same RU for communications with a user equipment (UE). A shared RU may receive requests for resources from two or more network nodes of two or more different network operators, for wireless resources in a first time period. The RU may determine a first resource allocation for the first time period based on different priorities of the different network operators. A first network operator may have a higher priority than a second or third network operator, and resources may be allocated to the first network operator ahead of the second or third network operators. The RU may transmit the first resource allocation to each of the different network nodes that transmitted requests for resources.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for spectrum access server support of resource assignments based on radio access network coexistence information. An example method generally includes obtaining information regarding capability of different entities requesting use of the shared radio resources, estimating compatibility between the different entities based on the information, and allocating the shared radio resources to the different entities based on the estimated compatibility.
