Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify one or more parameters associated with a communication link. The UE may enable, based at least in part on the identified one or more parameters, channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS)-based UE beam selection. The UE may receive a set of CSI-RSs. The UE may select a UE beam based at least in part on the CSI-RSs. Numerous other aspects are described.
