Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from an application processor associated with the UE, an indication of a traffic service type and whether an uplink data stall has occurred. The UE may detect that one or more threshold criteria are satisfied for a serving cell, wherein a threshold value associated with at least one of the one or more threshold criteria is based at least in part on the traffic service type. The UE may transmit information associated with one or more adjusted measurement values of the serving cell based at least in part on detecting that the one or more threshold criteria are satisfied.
