Abstract: A fiber pre-dispersing device for fiber reinforced concrete, comprising: a dispersing chamber, a feed inlet is installed on the upper side of a dispersing chamber, a hopper is installed in the feed inlet, a first dispersing device is installed in the dispersing chamber, a discharge outlet is installed at the bottom of the dispersing chamber, and connected with a second dispersing device, grooves are arranged at both sides of dispersing chamber, supporting legs are installed in the grooves. According to the invention, the device has a first dispersing device and a second dispersing device, and the dispersing blocks in the first dispersing device cooperates with the dispersing gears of the roller to preliminarily disperse and stir the fiber raw materials, a second dispersing device; dispersing the preliminary dispersed fiber raw materials, in order to control the fineness of pre-dispersed fiber raw materials, oil cylinders arranged on both sides can push their respective grinding cylinders to adjust the dispersion, thus improving both fiber dispersion effect and using the effect in concrete works.

Abstract: A pile-side lateral static load device includes a jack system, a liftable jack cart, a loading jack fixing system, and a loading system. The jack system includes a jack body. The jack system is installed on the liftable jack cart through the loading jack fixing system. The loading system is installed on the loading jack fixing system, and the loading system includes counter-pressure loading systems and counter-tension loading systems. The pile-side lateral static load device has a simple structure, is convenient to install and operate, and can complete lateral loading and in-situ tests under different pile diameters, different tonnages and different precisions, so as to facilitate a simulation test of in-situ lateral loading of a pile.

Abstract: A p-y curve-based element test device is provided. An upper support plate is located above a lower support plate and is fixedly connected to the lower support plate through truss supports symmetrically arranged on left and right sides, and at least one truss support is arranged on each side. A sample container, a servo consolidation mechanism and multidirectional servo actuators are connected to the truss support on the two sides. The servo consolidation mechanism is located above the sample container, and the multidirectional servo actuators are arranged above the servo consolidation mechanism and below the sample container, respectively. Identical loads are synchronously applied from above and below to realize horizontal movement of a pile element to simulate the load condition of a soil body, and a pressure is applied by a servo consolidation device to simulate the stress condition of the soil body at a certain depth.
