Abstract: An illuminating device includes: a projection device, a light receiving device and a processor. The projection device includes: a light source configured to generate a light beam; a photogate device located on an optical path of the light beam, the photogate gate device includes a first photogate located on the light incident surface of the photogate device; and a second photogate located on the light exit surface of the photogate device. The light receiving device is configured to sense a first image light and a second image light of the object to be detected through a sensing path when the first structured light and the second structured light are projected to the object to be detected. The processor is coupled to the light receiving device for analyzing the first image and the second image of the object to be detected.
