摘要： A lamp device includes a light-emitting element, a first clamping element, a second clamping element, an outer cover and a counterweight. The first clamping element is connected with the light-emitting element. The outer cover is disposed on the first clamping element. The counterweight is connected to the outer cover and is adjacent to a connection between the first clamping element and the second clamping element. When the lamp device clamps a screen, the second clamping element abuts against a back surface of the screen.
