Abstract: A tricycle is provided for supporting multiple passengers. The multi-passenger tricycle has a frame member, a steering assembly, a rear axle assembly, an auxiliary handlebar and a rear passenger foot platform. The steering assembly is rotatable and is coupled to a first end of the frame member. The rear axle assembly is coupled to the second end of the frame member. The auxiliary handlebar is coupled to the frame member between the first end and the second end of the frame member. The rear passenger foot platform is coupled to the frame member adjacent a second end of the frame member, and is at least partially above the rear axle assembly. Preferably, the rear passenger foot platform includes a first foot platform on one side of the frame member and a second foot platform on an opposing side of the frame member.
