Abstract: Provided is a notepad assembly comprising a rigid backing and at least one sheet layer which is configured to be connectable to a badge member which may be formed as an employee identification badge. The sheet layers are preferably formed as a stack of sheet layers attachable to the rigid backing and which may be sandwiched between the rigid backing and the badge member. A connecting device such as a strap may be threaded through openings formed in the badge member and the rigid backing to allow pivoting of the badge member to expose the sheet layer such that a user may record notes thereon.
