摘要： Noble metal silver precipitating nuclei are prepared by reducing a noble metal salt or complex in the presence of a polymer with a Sn.degree. suspension formed by the borohydride reduction of a tin salt. The invention is also directed to film units employing said nuclei.

摘要： A silver diffusion transfer film unit comprising a transparent support carrying on one surface, in order, a layer comprising silver precipitating nuclei, a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a layer comprising a processing composition permeable polymer layer, a substantially photoinsensitive, water-insoluble inorganic silver salt and a substantially water-insoluble noble metal compound containing a noble metal below silver in the Electromotive Force Series of Elements. In a preferred embodiment the film unit includes an additive color screen.
