Abstract: A motor assembly having a stator assembly and a rotor assembly for an electric motor assembly is disclosed. The stator assembly includes at least two stator arms. Each stator arm including: a distal portion having an inner surface and a plurality of stator teeth spaced along the inner surface of each of the at least two stator arms, the distal portions collectively defining a stator opening, the opening having a longitudinal axis, and, a conductor portion located proximate to the distal portion, the conductor portion non-axisymmetric relative to the longitudinal axis of the opening; and. The rotor assembly is located in the opening proximate the stator teeth.
