摘要： A fixation device includes a body having a first axial end and a second axial end defining a longitudinal axis. The body has a longitudinal bore therein, and a longitudinal slot in a first side of the body extending laterally to the bore. A mounting bracket is connected to the first axial end at a second side opposite the slot and extends outward therefrom. The mounting bracket is configured to be mounted to a first structure. A support member is retained in the bore and is configured to move longitudinally in the bore. The support member protrudes outward from the first side of the body to support a second structure a longitudinal distance from the first structure. A lead screw engages a threaded hole in the base whereby rotation of the lead screw moves the support member to adjust the longitudinal distance between the first and second structures.
