Abstract:
The invention relates to an airless dispenser which is used to dispense low doses of liquid products. The inventive dispenser is characterised in that it consists of: a first part comprising a spray nozzle which is communicated with a network of channels on the wall of an inner truncated-cone-shaped bore, and a second part comprising a deformable container which equipped with a rigid flange for fixing the first part in the aforementioned bore. The outer periphery of the flange comprises an inclined surface which defines a vortex chamber, opposite the above-mentioned network of channels, and which, together with the wall of the first part, forms an internal peripheral outlet groove. The outlet groove is defined radially by a flexible lip forming an inlet valve which is supported by the first or second part.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an airless dispensing pump for liquid products. The inventive pump is characterised in that it consists of: a push button comprising a spray nozzle which communicates with a network of channels that is provided locally on the wall of an internal truncated-cone-shaped bore, and a housing. According to the invention, the upper part of the housing comprises a dosing cell having an elastically-deformable wall, which is equipped with an intake valve and topped with a rigid collar for fixing same inside the bore of the aforementioned button. Moreover, the outer periphery of the collar comprises an inclined face which defines a swirl chamber opposite the above-mentioned network, while the inner periphery thereof is quipped with a passage to said chamber.
Abstract:
A dispensing head for a system for dispensing a pressurized product, the head including a body having a mounting shaft for the head on a tube for supplying the pressurized product and a channel for dispensing the product between the shaft and an orifice for dispensing the product, the dispensing orifice being formed between two longitudinal walls, upper and lower, respectively, which are connected on either side, respectively, by a lateral wall of which the transverse dimension is smaller than the longitudinal dimension of the longitudinal walls, and each of the lateral walls has a projection that extends between the longitudinal walls, at least the walls of the dispensing orifice including an antimicrobial agent for the product to be dispensed.

Abstract:
The invention concerns a device for packaging and delivering a liquid product, comprising a container deformable by pressure applied on its side walls, wherein said liquid to be delivered is stored, said container being closed by a head for dispensing the liquid product which is traversed by an outlet for the liquid product. The device also comprises a liquid drawing tube whereof one end is fixed proximate the outlet for the liquid, the tube being of such length that its other end is proximate the base of the container. The wall of the container comprises cavities partly delimiting the outline of the dispensing head. The invention is characterized in that at least one passage is provided proximate the dispensing head to ensure an air intake into the container after the liquid is dispensed, so as to allow the container to recover its initial shape by replacing by volume the dose of liquid delivered.
Abstract:
Push button comprising a body comprising a bearing wall and an annular lateral wall that extends from the bearing wall to a free end and has an external surface, a flow duct that extends into the body and leads to the outside via an outlet member protruding relative to the external surface of the lateral wall, an annular covering element covering the external surface of the lateral wall and fixedly attached to the body, the covering element being placed beneath the outlet member and being suitable for being fitted onto the lateral wall via the free end of the lateral wall.
