摘要： An apparatus and method having a terminal address designation for each source, such as an end terminal. The terminal addresses have a predetermined priority assigned thereto for permitting programmed logic to categorize each terminal address into a stage for orderly sequential handling of data. The programmed logic is generally contained prior to a centralized computer and is able to manipulate a plurality of sources in a predetermined staging process. Once an assessment of priority has been determined by the system, a message is sent to each source to relay the order of priority or other similar message to permit a user to assess the timeliness of the system processing and schedule accordingly.
