Abstract: An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle, including a threaded drive system for converting a drive-side rotary motion into a translatory motion for brake pressure generation. The system includes a spindle rotatable via an electric motor, a spindle nut cooperating with a thread of the spindle so the spindle nut is axially displaceable with a rotation of the spindle and a brake fluid is loadable or relievable, and a housing which, together with the spindle nut, forms an anti-twist protection which secures the spindle nut against twisting during rotation of the spindle. The spindle nut forms at least one spindle nut reference surface, which cooperates with at least one stop surface, which is stationary with respect to the housing, in a relief end position of the spindle nut in such a way that an instantaneous axial position of the spindle nut is determinable therefrom.

The electromechanically drivable brake pressure generator includes an electric motor, using which a driving rotational speed is generatable; a planetary gear, which is driven on the input side by the electric motor to convert the driving rotational speed of the electric motor into a slower rotational speed, the planetary gear including an annulus gear, accommodated rotatably fixedly thereto in an annulus gear receptacle; and a hydraulic module, which is connected to an output side of the planetary gear and using which a brake pressure is generatable. A torque support is situated between the annulus gear and the annulus gear receptacle, which extends in an axial direction to the planetary gear and which cooperates with a recess so that the annulus gear and the annulus gear receptacle are held rotatably fixedly with respect to one another.

Abstract: An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The electromechanical brake booster includes at least one gear for transferring a torque of the electric motor for brake pressure generation. The gear in this case includes a planetary carrier for supporting planetary wheels, planetary wheels pins which are connected to the planetary carrier and on which the planetary wheels are rotatably fastenable, and a pinion for transferring a drive torque or output torque, which is rotatably fixedly connected to the planetary carrier at a side thereof opposite the planetary wheel pins. At least the part of the planetary carrier that includes the planetary wheel pins is materially integrally formed with the latter from the same material.

Abstract: An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The brake pressure generator has a spindle drive unit for converting an input-drive-side rotational motion into a translational motion for piston actuation of a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit. A multi-stage gear linkage is disposed between the spindle drive unit and an electric drive motor. The gear linkage encompasses a planetary gearset unit driven by a motor pinion constituting a sun gear, the output-drive-side ring gear of which unit drives the spindle drive unit. A motor shaft of the electric drive motor extends in adjacently parallel fashion next to a spindle drive shaft of the spindle drive unit.

Abstract: An electromechanical brake pressure generator including a spindle drive unit for converting a rotational motion of an electric motor-driven drive shaft into a translatory motion of a piston that is coupled to the spindle drive unit, the spindle drive unit being operatively connected to the drive shaft via a multi-stage transmission. The multi-stage transmission is a planetary gear set having a first and a second stage. With the aid of the transmission, a spindle or a spindle nut of the spindle drive unit is drivable, which is rotatably mounted in a housing of the brake pressure generator via a bearing assembly receiving axial and radial forces. The system includes a housing which at least partially surrounds the hydraulic piston and forms a hydraulic cylinder, and an axial recess, in the hydraulic cylinder, which forms an anti-twist protection together with a torque support formed at the hydraulic piston and using which the hydraulic piston and the spindle are secured against twisting during a rotation of the spindle nut, the recess forming a sliding surface for the torque support of the hydraulic piston.
