    摘要: A wind-powered turbine generation system configured to generate electric power over a wide range of wind conditions and particularly in high wind speed and wind gust conditions. A plurality of ducted turbines is provided in an enclosure rotatably mounted to a vertical support. Rows of magnetic irises surround the turbine shafts with each iris adjustable to throttle the airflow over the turbine blades, permitting the turbine generator to operate in high wind velocity gusts.
