摘要： Methods of modulating platelet procoagulant response are taught herein. Inhibition of platelet procoagulant response with agents that inhibit the Ca2+-sensitive K+ channels, or Gardos channels, preferably while maintaining platelet bleeding arrest function, may be used to treat a variety of disorders.
