摘要： A system, apparatus, and method is provided for the copyright infringement lifecycle. Content to be added to a catalogue is received and stored in a database. Material that is same or similar to the content is automatically searched for by deriving and using keywords indicative of the material, and a user is notified of the material that is same or similar to the content. Infringing activity is monitored and content owners' rights are enforced via automatic dispatch of electronic notifications. Defendant pools are built by cross-referencing the physical location of infringing activity and jurisdictions where attorneys are admitted to practice.
