Abstract: A spray actuator for use in controlling the flow of a pressurized fluid from a spray can where the actuator includes a body having a top, a shroud having a bottom perimeter and a central passageway oriented parallel to the shroud and a mouth inlet having a cross-sectional area that is smaller a cross sectional area of the slotted outlet wherein a choke point is located in the central passageway.
