Abstract: The invention relates to a device for bending sheets of glass, comprising an upper bending form and a bending support, the upper bending form and/or the bending support being laterally mobile relative to one another, the bending support comprising a pre-bending mold for the gravity bending of a sheet of glass and a press-bending mold configured for pressing the sheet of glass against the upper form, of these two molds of the bending support one being surrounded by the other when viewed from above, at least one of these two molds of the bending support being able to be given a relative vertical movement with respect to the other.

Abstract: A composite pane with functional film includes a peripheral edge of the composite pane, a peripheral edge of the functional film, a busbar, an outer pane with exterior-side and interior-side surfaces, an inner pane with exterior-side and interior-side surfaces, and a thermoplastic intermediate layer that joins the interior-side surface of the outer pane to the exterior-side surface of the inner pane. The functional film is encased in the thermoplastic intermediate layer, the peripheral edge of the functional film is set back in the direction of the surface center of the composite pane relative to the peripheral edge of the composite pane, and the busbar is arranged between the interior-side surface of the outer pane and the exterior-side surface of the inner pane and runs between the peripheral edge of the composite pane and the peripheral edge of the functional film in the edge region of the composite pane.

Abstract: A bending tool for bending at least one glass pane by means of suction, comprising a frame-like convex contact surface and a cover having a peripheral air guide plate that surrounds the contact surface at least in regions is described. The bending tool is suitable for generating a first, reduced pressure in a first pressure region between the air guide plate and the contact surface; a second reduced pressure in a second pressure region. The second pressure is less than the first pressure; and a third pressure in a third pressure region, wherein the third pressure is greater than the first pressure.

Abstract: A device for bending glass panes, includes a lower press-bending mould with a frame-shaped contact surface, an upper press-bending mould arranged opposite the contact surface, wherein the lower press-bending mould and the upper press-bending mould are suitable for reshaping a glass pane situated therebetween by pressing, wherein the side edge of the glass pane rests on the contact surface along a contact line, wherein during pressing, the contact line migrates from a first contact line all the way to a pressing line, and wherein the contact surface between the first contact line and the pressing line is convexly curved.
