Abstract: A display device including a display panel including a light emitting device and a thin film sealing layer disposed on the light emitting device, the display panel providing a base surface, and a touch sensing member including a touch electrode layer and disposed on the base surface. The thin film sealing layer includes a first inorganic layer having a first content of hydrogen, and a second inorganic layer disposed on the first inorganic layer and having a second content of hydrogen less than the first content.
