Abstract: A display device includes: unfoldable areas and foldable areas; a window; a display panel disposed under the window; a first support member disposed under the display panel in the unfoldable areas and the foldable area to support the display panel, and including a discontinuous portion having openings or grooves in the foldable area; a second support member disposed under the first support member and including sub-plates respectively overlapping the unfoldable areas; and an adhesive member disposed between the first support member and the second support member, wherein each of the sub-plates of the second support member includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion, wherein the first portion extends parallel to the first support member, wherein the second portion extends from the first portion and is bent in the foldable area, and wherein the third portion extends parallel to the first support member from the second portion.
