Abstract: A display device may include a display panel and an input sensor. The input sensor including a sensing electrode and an insulating layer. The display panel may include a light emitting element and a pixel definition layer. The light emitting element may include a first electrode in contact with a base surface, a second electrode, and a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The pixel definition layer may include a first portion defining an opening exposing the first electrode, and a second portion provided on and at least partially overlapping with the first portion. The sensing electrode is provided on the plurality of thin films overlapped with the first portion of the pixel definition layer and defining an open region at least partially overlapping the second portion of the pixel definition layer.
