Abstract: An organic electroluminescence (EL) display panel includes a substrate, a thin film transistor on the substrate, an overcoat layer on the thin film transistor and containing an organic material, a first electrode on the overcoat layer, an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode, a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer, and a barrier layer between the overcoat layer and the first electrode and including a first region formed of a single layer and a second region formed of a multilayer.
