Abstract: The fingerprint sensing unit including: a substrate; a scan line disposed on the substrate and extending along a first direction; a common power line disposed on the substrate and extending along a second direction crossing the first direction; a thin film transistor connected to the scan line and the common power line; a sensing electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a first lens disposed on the sensing electrode and protruding in a direction away from the sensing electrode; and a first light blocking layer disposed on the sensing electrode and surrounding the first lens.
