Abstract: According to an example embodiment, an electronic device may include: a communicator comprising communication circuitry configured to establish communication with a pair of earphones, and a processor configured to: determine whether each of the earphones is being worn and initiate recording of a sound input through a microphone of an earphone determined to be in a worn state among the earphones.
