Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided for displaying a medical image. The method includes displaying a first medical image on a screen, based on a first input that zooms in on or zooms out from a first object in the first medical image, determining first geometry information comprising either one or both of position information and size information of the first object, and displaying the first geometry information on a predetermined fixed region of the screen.
