Abstract: A zoom lens includes: in an order from an object side to an image side, a first lens group having a positive refractive power; a second lens group having a negative refractive power; a third lens group having a positive refractive power; and a fourth lens group having a positive refractive power, wherein, when zooming is performed from a wide angle position to a telephoto position, the first through fourth lens groups move, and the first lens group includes a first negative lens and a second positive lens from the object side. The zoom lens may be part of an electronic apparatus, such as a photographing apparatus.
