A portable communication device is provided for voice recognition and comprises a display, communication circuitry, a microphone, at least one processor including a first processor and a second processor, and a memory storing instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the portable communication device to: receive a first voice input via the microphone while a specified application is running; determine whether a voice recognition is to be performed with respect to the specified application by one of the first processor and the second processor; in case that the voice recognition is to be performed with respect to the specified application by the first processor; when the first voice input includes a wakeup command which is different from a designated command for the specified application by the voice recognition of the first processor, transmit a second voice input received after the first voice input through the communication circuitry to an external electronic device, and when the first voice input does not include the wakeup command and the first voice input includes the designated command by the voice recognition of the first processor, perform a function of the specified application corresponding to the designated command.

A method, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium are provided for voice recognition. The method includes method of performing voice recognition by an electronic device including a first voice recognition device and a second voice recognition device, the method comprising receiving first voice by one of first voice recognition device and second voice recognition device; when first voice is received by the first voice recognition device and the first voice recognition device recognizes a predetermined command in the first voice, transferring a received second voice to an external electronic device and recognizing the received second voice through the external electronic device; and when the first voice is received by the second voice recognition device and the second voice recognition device recognizes the predetermined command in the first voice, recognizing a second command in the received second voice, and performing an operation based on the recognized second command.

A method is provided comprising: retrieving a markup language file associated with a document, the markup language file including an identifier for retrieving a content item that is part of the document; parsing the markup language file into a first plurality of objects, the first plurality of objects including a first object associated with the content item; assigning a respective layout level to each one of the first plurality of objects; and outputting the document in accordance with a first layout level by: (i) retrieving the content item from a remote source in response to the layout level of the first object matching the first layout level, and (ii) rendering one or more objects from the first plurality based the one or more objects' respective layout levels matching the first layout level.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for transmitting a file during a video call including steps of confirming a first bandwidth for file transmission when a file transmission event is generated during a video call; reducing video call data on the basis of the first bandwidth for file transmission; and transmitting the reduced video call data and the corresponding file data through a second bandwidth for the video call, with the first bandwidth being a partial area or an entire area of the second bandwidth.
