Abstract: Provided are an electronic apparatus and a method of operating the electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a processor configured to acquire space data regarding a target space, generate property information regarding the target space, corresponding to properties of at least one object in the target space, based on the acquired space data, specify a space of interest in the target space, and determine at least one recommendation object to be placed in the specified space of interest based on the generated property information regarding the target space and a plurality of pieces of property information regarding a plurality of sample spaces; and an output interface configured to output the at least one recommendation object.
