Abstract: An arrangement for attaching a falling post on a base structure, the post being rotatably movable between a standing and a recumbent position. The arrangement includes a stand, wherein the post is attached pivotally to the stand by a pin. The stand includes at least one groove arranged laterally in respect to the post, and the post has at least one projection extending in a lateral direction from the post. The at least one groove is arranged with respect to the at least one projection such that when the stand is in the standing position, the at least one projection lies in the at least one groove, and thereby locks the post in the standing position. The at least one projection is attached to the post such that it may move with respect to the stand in a longitudinal direction of the post.

Abstract: A mining vehicle and a cylinder mounting arrangement for a mining vehicle have a frame including at least one hydraulic cylinder mounted to the frame. The cylinder has a cylinder pin arranged for the mounting. The frame has an opening through which the cylinder can be inserted inside the frame and also removed. A mounting element is assembled to one end of the cylinder and the mounting element includes a front plate assembled against the outside of the frame covering the opening at least partially and two ears for the attachment to the cylinder pin. The front plate is fixed to the frame by mounting bolts or screws from the outside the frame.

Abstract: A towing hook arranged on a mining machine, with a first end having a bent portion to allow a towing tool to be connected and a second end having a cylindrical rod. An intermediate part is located between the first and the second end. The towing hook is arranged to be mounted in a through hole in a frame of a machine in order for the first and second ends to be positioned on different sides of the machine frame. The intermediate part is mounted partly in the through hole of the frame, and wherein the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rod is generally parallel with a longitudinal axis defined through the towing hook representing the force transmitting direction when connecting the towing tool to the bent portion.
