Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing a smart search and help system. An embodiment operates by receiving a search term from a user account. A role associated with the user account is determined. One or more documents of the repository that are associated with the search term are identified. The identified one or more documents are ranked based on both their association with the search term and their association with the role. The ranked one or more documents are returned.
