摘要： Techniques are described for expanding and/or improving the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 television protocol in robustly delivering the next generation broadcast television services. ATSC 3.0 applications may be launched based on partial validation, e.g., as soon as one level of validation passes, with ensuing layers being authenticated as the application commences launch and with launch being stopped if any layer fails validation.
