摘要： An integrated circuit device includes: a semiconductor substrate set at a substrate potential; a rectifier circuit that rectifies an AC voltage by a rectifier element provided at the semiconductor substrate and outputs a rectified voltage; a BGR circuit which is provided at the semiconductor substrate and generates a reference voltage based on the rectified voltage, and a regulator that regulates the rectified voltage based on the reference voltage output by the BGR circuit and outputs a regulated voltage. In a plan view of the semiconductor substrate, the regulator is disposed between the rectifier circuit and the BGR circuit.
