Abstract: Disclosed herein is a surface treatment method of a ceramic powder using microwave plasma in order to enhance flowability. The surface treatment method can be applied to a ceramic powder having a small particle size of 45 μm or less and can significantly enhance flowability while reducing an influence on a particle size compared to a conventional method. Consequently, the ceramic particles surface-treated by the above-described surface treatment method can be formed to have a smooth and dense coating film without pores during spray coating.
